Shipping rates are calculated by FedEx at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Carrier & Handling
We primarily ship via FedEx.
Some shipping options may include a $0.50 handling fee.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day
- Processing time is separate from shipping transit time
- Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods
Next-Day / Overnight Shipping
FedEx Standard Overnight service is available.
Order Cutoff: 1:00 PM PST on business days
Orders placed after this time may ship the next business day.
- Overnight shipping operates on business days only
- Friday overnight shipments arrive Monday
- Overnight shipping fees are non-refundable unless the carrier confirms a service failure and reimburses us
Tracking
You will receive:
- An order confirmation email after checkout
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is in the carrier’s care. Briotech is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. We are happy to assist with carrier investigations where possible.
Out-of-Stock Items
Inventory updates frequently. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase:
- You may receive an email of refunded item
- The item may be placed on backorder
- You may cancel back ordered items at any time
Split Shipments
Orders may ship from multiple locations and arrive separately.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international checkout.
