We stand behind our products and quality. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us here within 2 weeks of delivery to initiate a return. Our team will provide instructions and next steps.

This policy applies to items purchased directly from shopbriotech.com including orders fulfilled through third-party fulfillment partners. Items must be returned in their original packaging and include proof of purchase.

If your product was purchased through another retailer or online seller, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.


Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Special or custom orders

  • Opened or used products (not eligible for full refund)

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers (subject to their policies)


Exchanges

To ensure the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and contacting us to return the original item.


Refunds — Standard Returns

Once we receive your return, items are inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method for the product price.

Refunds may be subject to one or both of the following, determined case-by-case:

  • Return shipping costs

  • A restocking fee of up to 30%

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We’ll notify you once your refund has been processed.


Refunds — Return to Sender

If a shipment is returned to us marked “Return to Sender,” items will be inspected and, if approved, refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds may be reduced by:

  • Original shipping fees

If “Free Shipping” was selected, we may deduct the original outbound shipping cost we paid.

Shipping fees may be withheld in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address

  • Delivery refusal

  • Customer-requested address changes after shipment


Processing Time

Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post your refund.

We reserve the right to deny refunds without proof of purchase or order confirmation.
